Are there age limits?
No. Previous participants have ranged from 7-year-olds to 80-year-olds.Both men and women have participated with ease.

Should I be 100% physically fit?
Not necessary. The activities are designed for people who lead sedentary lives. You don't have to be physically fit or tough to participate.

How safe are these activities?
Adventure Zone team has a 100% safety record. They adhere to very strict safety standards. Plus, there is a large and competent team of instructors and crew to help participants, ensure that they use the right equipment and follow the rules.

What if I fall?
The chances are extremely unlikely. However, if you do fall or graze yourself, there is a paramedical team on stand-by 24 hours to come to your aid.

What do I take back from Sadya?
Each participant is provided with 2 T-shirts and a cap for the event. At the end of the event, each participant takes back a souvenir specially made for the event, together with fond memories of contributing to a cause.
